Fabrication
Airworth has invested the majority of its talents in refurbishing or manufacturing aircraft ground support equipment, T and QEC stands, crates or boxes, and guaranteeing all of our builds by having them load tested and certified. We can also create one of a kind kit carts or shelving for your engine shop floor, using a CNC plasma table with autocad programing. Even though we have historically revolved our fabrication around the aviation service industry, with full machine shop capabilities, we can build just about anything, and our fabricators are eager to fulfill your order request.
Technician
Our technicians have the capability to disassemble your engine, boroscope inspect and provide on wing support and infield repairs. We also provide FDR data download review and LRU replacement in addition to engine lease return inspections, to name a few but not limited to. Airworth would love the opportunity to bring resolve to your needs and welcomes your engine to our shop floor.
Transportation
Whether it is an emergency AOG event or a pre-scheduled request from your MRO facility, we can be dispatched at a moments notice and will deliver hanger ready, provide proper engine stand securement and tarping, and are committed to protecting your high value asset. We abide by cargo security protocol, ensuring the nature or destination of your cargo is never disclosed. Airworth only utilizes full-air ride trailers and even though we operate the majority of our transportation within the aviation service industry, allow us the opportunity to bid on any of your transportation needs.
Logistics
With specificity in engine storage, our goal is to preserve your aircraft engine fuel and oil system. Ensuring all openings are protected, we apply sealed desiccant bags, full-engine shrink wrap and aim to keep it in serviceable condition until you are ready to use it again. In addition, Airworth is here to extend our 30,000 sqft warehouse for your parts, stands, crates and box management. We can set up a customized service to assist your MRO facility in tracking and control, offering you efficient and timely resources for your inventory needs.
